Arccora keeps reusable Workspace knowledge, Project work, and the shared Arccora Catalog distinct.
Workspace and Project access
Signing in identifies a person. Workspace membership and Project permissions determine what they can access. Commercial information requires separate permission.
Private files
Project photos, documents and models use private AWS storage. Access follows the related Workspace or Project, with time-limited download links.
Reviewed public knowledge
Processing a private document with AI does not make it public. Eligible factual product knowledge from verified public sources enters a separate review process before publication.
Working offline
Arccora keeps an offline cache on your device. Access changes are enforced by the server when the device reconnects. A disconnected device cannot be remotely cleared immediately.
Connected tools
Arccora MCP uses authenticated, read-only access to authorized business information. Connecting a client does not give it additional Workspace or Project permissions.
